Cajudoy, Paige.jpg

Paige Cajudoy

Paige believes that leadership is best defined by Jack Welch’s quote: “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.”  She believes that leadership is essential in the field of pharmacy and that every student has the potential to become a great leader. Through Phi Lambda Sigma, she aspires to help fellow students become stronger leaders and to help others accomplish personal and professional growth. Paige’s passion is helping others, which she fulfills in her positions as the Community Service Committee Co-Chair for Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity and as the Overall Chair for the Daniel K. She currently serves in several leadership positions such as Treasurer for Class of 2022 Student Council, Operation Immunization Co-Chair for American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), Scholastic Co-Chair for Phi Delta Chi (PDC) Professional Fraternity, Business Plan Chair for National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) and membership with Rho Chi Academic Honor Society.

Lin, Andy.jpg

Zhian Lin

Zhian believes that leadership means you encourage and unite those around you. Great leaders find ways to support others through inspiration and unify others to attain a common goal. Leaders aren’t the perfect individuals just because they are leaders, leaders are those who better improve themselves alongside with their peers to give rise to the best pharmacist one can be, not the perfect pharmacist.  Everyone has flaws, even leaders; that being stated, he believes strong leadership traits are developed over time. On Campus, he currently serves as the President for Rho Chi Academic Honor Society, Vice President of Patient Care for American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), and Student Ambassador for the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy.

Song, Jessica.jpg

Jessica Song

Jessica believes that leadership means much more than holding an executive or board position of an organization. To be a leader involves being someone who is willing to go above and beyond what is expected to help an individual, team, or organization. As a member of Phi Lambda Sigma, her goals are to refine her leadership skills by nurturing potential leaders in bringing forth their strengths. Jessica currently serves as the Advertising Co-chair for DKICP Health Fair, the VP of Communications for the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), the Historian for the Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity Epsilon Psi Chapter, and the Webmaster for the Hawai`i Student Society of Health-Systems Pharmacy – Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (HSSHP-AMCP).

Enos-Dano, Tiana.jpg

Tiana Enos-Dano

Tiana believes that leadership is having the ability to inspire people to become the best versions of themselves. She strives to consistently help others and be a leader both in and out of pharmacy school. On campus, she currently serves as the Treasurer for the Hawaii Student Society of Health-Systems Pharmacy as well as Vice Regent for Kappa Psi. Outside of school, she is a pharmacy intern for Straub Hospital. During her time at the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy she hopes to inspire other students to become leaders and break the glass ceiling in the profession of pharmacy.

Ho, Yan Yee.jpg

Yan Yee Ho

Yan believes that leadership is creating a vision, guiding others through leading by example, and building a positive impact. She was inspired by Ralph Nader's quote: "The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers" to promote the PLS mission of recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development. There are many qualities a leader may possess, but a valuable sign of leadership is the influence they can have on their peers. Yan would like to motivate others to reach their full potential as future leaders who will guide patients and their healthcare team towards the path of quality health. Yan currently serves as the Director of Professional Programming for the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO), the Scholarship Committee Chair and Community Service Committee Co-Chair for Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, the Finance and Fundraising Co-Chair for the Hawaii Student Society of Health Systems Pharmacy (HSSHP & AMCP), the Operation Diabetes Co-Chair for the American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), and the Quiz Bowl Committee Co-Chair for the Rho Chi Society.

Nguyen, Danh Ronald.JPG

Danh Ronald Nguyen

Danh believes that being a leader does not mean you are ahead of the pack, it means being part of the team and providing support, coaching others, and delegating work to achieve the same goal.  Through Phi Lambda Sigma, Danh hopes to contribute his ideas and provide guidance to help foster the leadership of other student pharmacists, in order to produce quality leaders in the community. He is currently serving as President of the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO), Historian for the Rho Chi Society, Alumni Liaison for the Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity, Class Liaison for the Class of 2022, and currently working as an intern for CVS.

She has also served 9 years in the United States Navy where she learned to embody their core values of honor, courage, and commitment.
